Conscious Flow Control Master Class Invitation


Hey Hey Hey! My name is Clay Green I’m here today to share with you two reasons that Flow Control is important in your life. Mindful, thoughtful turning on and turning off of your State of Flow. You
dropping in and dropping out, and coming out of the zone, on purpose is a vital
skill in today’s world. What do I mean? Two reasons – two reasons. This is
important. Reason number one you’re probably already doing number one. You’re probably already very aware that there are certain tasks that when you go do
them, you get into the zone. I have accountants, programmers, business owners, that are, that are very strategic, high level business owner
thinkers, creatives. You know, there’s all these people, these are
people that I’m working with, these people all have these natural times when
they get in this Zone. They turn on the State of Flow and they produce something – a painting, a poem, balanced books in the case of the accountant, or a programmer solves a problem, or create some amazing code that does something in a
short amount of time, with less lines… Anyway I don’t understand all that, but
the point is – I think you know what I’m talking about. There are things where you perform at this heightened level. Sports is another
good example, hobbies, things where you get into the State of Flow – you drop into
the zone and it just seems to happen! What if you could do that with all the
tasks that you need to do, on a daily basis? How many tasks do you do,
that are not in the State of Flow? I’m not even going to throw out any crazy
numbers here. You know that if you could take what you normally point toward this
one task that’s fun exciting, and get your focus, and get your attention…
Time drifts away, you lose track of time when you’re having fun with this task! What if you could do that with those tasks that are not so fun to you?
One client results? DOUBLE her output in HALF the time!! So a consistent, easy,
steadily measurable, 4-X output! It’s insane.
So that’s one, that’s one reason. But like I said you’re already doing that. The
only, the only difference is now you’re going to learn why you go into a State of Flow, and how to go into a State of Flow in different aspects of the world,
different aspects of your life. CONSCIOUSLY. Conscious Flow Control. On the other side of that, though, is where the danger lies. Right now you probably
you’re like most Americans. You’re probably like me – like everybody does
this. Everybody has done this, and – or is doing this at some point. You you get
into that State of Flow, You, you overcome the problems at work, you solve, you… you precisely manage some little detail, amazingly. You create a beautiful
work of art… Then it’s time to go home. Then it’s time to have the rest of your
life. What do you do there? Chase sports, chase activities, go to the movies, watch
TV, binge watch a Netflix show? There’s, there’s video games, there’s all these
other things where we leave one State of Flow, and then we go into another State of Flow! Please note UN-consciously! What that means is we go to work and our boss
tells us what to be in the State of Flow and perform “at”. We come home and then the evening news, and Netflix, and and… the world of warcraft, or whoever whatever
video game… fortnight. Whatever it is or – candy crush… or… or Facebook! We leave one State of Flow and we go
into another State of Flow most often dictated by somebody else!
So we’re UN-consciously going from flow state, to flow state, to flow state, to
flow state, and then we try to go to sleep? And then we get up tomorrow and
we’re worried about the bills, we’re worried about the kids, worried about the
diet, we’re worried about exercise, we’re worried about that project at work, we’re
worried about:”Oh man, did Sally kill Johnny or did Johnny kill Sally??” – in that
show?? I can’t wait to get home tonight to see the result of the cliffhanger they
left us on last week! Or will I get through level five of candy crush, or did
17 people or 18 people like my last post?? This high-end State of Flow activity is
not healthy. The State of Flow is made up of four stages. We’re not going to get into
that now – it is too detailed, but, you have to CONSCIOUSLY come out of the State of Flow and be in the Recovery period to allow your body and brain to healthily
and productively recover from your bad ass day while you were in the State of Flow doing all that good work, or having all that fun. That’s what we focus on in
this 12-week master class this is not like those online master classes either!
There’s one more quick thing. This is not a recorded video that you’re going to
download and watch. This is me and you hanging out for 12 weeks, learning
about State of Flow, learning about Conscious Control and implementing and
integrating the practices that help you enter and exit the State of Flow
consistently, and safely. That’s what the Conscious Flow Control Master Class is
